Parade of Homes sees increase in visitor traffic

The 2013 Tampa Bay Parade of Homes has seen visitor traffic increase by 42 percent compared to last year, during the first week of the two-week event.This marks the second consecutive year of increased visitor traffic, with a 53 percent increase from 2011 to 2012, according to a written statement.The Parade of Homes, presented by the Tampa Bay Builders Association’s Sales and Marketing Council, is featuring 115 model homes by 33 homebuilders in 75 Tampa Bay communities through March 17.
